We're looking for an Insight Planner to join a new multidisciplinary team driving insight-led decision-making in a large, complex organisation.
As the sole Insight Planner, you'll shape how insight is used - turning data into clear narratives that influence strategy, product direction, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Synthesize qualitative, quantitative, and behavioural data into clear, actionable insights
- Create compelling presentations and strategic recommendations
- Identify patterns and opportunities across multiple data sources
- Collaborate with research, product, design, and delivery teams
- Support user-centred approaches and strategic decision-making
- Help define and build the Insight Planning capability
About You
- Strong experience translating complex data into insightful narratives
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
- Comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams
- Strategic thinker with experience in complex organisations
- Self-starter who can shape ways of working
