Site Manager Required – Cardiff | Immediate Start | Contract Until End of August
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for a live school project based in Cardiff, running through until the end of August.
The role will suit someone with a strong background managing external works packages, including:
- Groundworks
- Paving and hard landscaping
- External finishes
- Coordination of subcontractors
- Site health & safety
- Programme management and daily site operations
Additional experience overseeing internal fit-out or finishing works would also be highly beneficial.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience delivering projects within live or occupied environments
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to drive programme and maintain quality standards
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications preferred
