Our client, a well-established franchise-approved car dealership in Cardiff, is seeking a fully qualified Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department. Benefits of a Vehicle Technician:
- Competitive basic salary between £29,500 and £38,800 per annum, based on experience
- Performance-related bonus of £5,200 to £10,400 annually
- Overtime paid at 1.5x rate, subject to availability
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am to 1:00pm, paid additionally at 1.5x
- Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards
- Accurately identify vehicle faults and relay findings to the Workshop Controller
- Maintain high standards of work quality, safety, and compliance with health & safety procedures
- Ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired efficiently and correctly
- Adhere to all manufacturer and company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Contribute positively to a team environment and support colleagues in achieving departmental targets
- Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Current and valid MOT licence preferred
- Hold a UK driving licence
- Live within a reasonable commute of Cardiff
- Demonstrate a high level of workmanship in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player with a proactive approach
- Motivated individual committed to delivering excellent service and achieving targets
