Generator Engineer – Measham
£18-£20 per hour + Overtime + Excellent Benefits

Our client is a leading supplier of temporary buildings supporting customers across construction, education and commercial sectors throughout the UK.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Generator Engineer to join their depot team based in Measham.
The Role This is a hands-on position involving the servicing, maintenance and repair of a fleet of generators ranging from 25–100 kVA, primarily fitted within welfare units and service pods.
The successful candidate will also assist with the preparation and maintenance of portable buildings prior to delivery, carrying out general maintenance tasks including:
  • Electrical repairs
  • Plumbing work
  • Joinery and fitting adjustments
  • General depot maintenance
Hours & Pay
  • £18-£20 per hour
  • 45 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 7:00am – 4:30pm
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate
Candidate Requirements
  • Time-served or qualified Generator Engineer
  • Experience servicing and maintaining generators up to 117 kVA
  • Strong fault-finding and repair skills
  • Additional experience in plumbing, electrics or joinery would be advantageous
  • Comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment
