Careermakers are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a well-established, medium-sized nursing home in the heart of Southport. Rated GOOD by the CQC, the home is recognised for delivering high-quality dementia, nursing, and residential care.
Working alongside a supportive Home Manager, you will lead and provide clinical governance to a stable and dedicated team of carers and nurses, ensuring exceptional standards of care for all residents

Responsibilities as a Clinical Deputy Manager:
- Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure high standards of resident care.
- Manage staff supervision, training, rotas, and performance support.
- Coordinate care plans, medication management, and communication with families and healthcare professionals.
Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager:
- Previous management experience within a care home
- Registered Nurse qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
- Active NMC Pin
