Our client a leading law firm based in Chelmsford have an opportunity for a Title Checker to join their Residential Conveyancing Department. If you are an experienced Conveyancing professional with substantial legal property experience this may be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities
- Title checking
- Preparation of contracts
- Liaising with clients, client’s agents, borrowers, buyer’s solicitors, internal departments
- Dealing with post completion issues
- Reporting on title , settling transactions and client reporting
- Dealing with pre- exchange and post – exchange matters
Personal Specification
- Able to manage your own caseload
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think ahead , prioritise workload, respond to and manage changing circumstances and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Flexible and positive attitude to work
