Please note - A full Clean UK Driving Licence & spraying licences are required for you to be considered for this position.

About the Role:
As a Grounds Maintenance operative, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that all grounds maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards. You will lead a team of two operatives, manage daily schedules, and ensure that all work adheres to safety and quality guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead grounds maintenance operative in a 2 person team.
• Plan and manage daily work schedules.
• Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is used safely.
• Liaise with clients to ensure their requirements are met.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Proven experience in grounds maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities.
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
• Spraying licences.
• Experience with a variety of grounds maintenance equipment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
